I was back to work in office even though it's my off day. There is a urgent fax to do as I was informed last night. I was thinking alot more on PolyDi group. I see the power of focus. When I focus on one ministry, ideas came after long reflection.
One motto I have is if I do what others is doing, I will get what others is getting. Jesus came to be revolutionist not conformist. Doing things differently will get different results. Of course it may not be the best results but at least I try to improve current status quo. I spend time thinking how can I disciple differently. How can I raise double number of CLs. How can we raise 1 new shepherds in each CG. How can we mature new believers differently. I started to have ideas as I wrote in down. I dont' think I will implement all ideas. It will be carefully think through and select the best out of all.
The KOG deserves the best and excellent work from the Christians. My bones are rattling with energy and my spirit is crying from within.

300 by April then 400 by June. We are going to fill up the Tertiary ss filled by end of this year!
I have spent a differnt valentine yesterday. I went to JB to hunt for a dress for my bro's wedding dinner this saturday. I was really desperate and I have tried searching for weeks and I decided to give it a try at JB. Claudia suggested to drive in and eat cheap food and buy cheap stuff.
It was pretty happening. Claudia, Pastor Jeff, Pastor Lawrence, Pat, Prisciall and few others of our colleagues came along too. I didn't go with high expectation but with some hope to get a cheap and nice dress.
To my surprised, as we started to go our seperate ways to do what we need to do. I got it within 1 hour and it was really cool dress. Black velvet baby door dress which cost $40. It was cheap for a dress and I suspected it will cost at least $80-$90 in Singapore. I realised I look good in that dress! ha! (self praise)
We had a good time there and we managed to catch a movie - Firewall by Harrison Ford. It was an average movie compare to other action packed movies lah. It was pretty slow in the beginning....
We left JB at 8pm. I supposed to meet Lennon at 7pm and I was really late. :)
One thing I learnt a precious lesson as I travalled back to Singapore. I asked who invented valentine's day? How does it comes about? Some says it's to commemorate a Roman Priest who was thrown in prison because he illegally married couples. Now, valentine was commercialised now. It's for many industry to make more money out of the couples rather than anything. As I think of it, it's kinda of cute because people are busy celebrating valetine yet not knowing how this day comes about.
I think as we are living in this world, as growing Christian, we need to keep our mind sharp by asking good questions and come to certain conclusion after examine the scriptures and the cutlure we are living. It's not going to be easy to keep in God's way but it's going to last and raise the right type of leaders to influence the world in the right way!
Finally, I have moved to a new work station at 410. I'm back to my previous work station and back with the student pastoral staff - Shirley, Priscilla.... It takes alot of effort to pack and unpack and clean up the places. However, I feel fresh after the whole morning clearing up. It like have a fresh start for my work in 2006. I'm totally devoted in PolyDi ministry. Yeah! There are so many things that is happening.
Generation Next Camp, Seconday 4 outreach projects, Freahman outreach, New leaders raising up! I heard that Di has gone regionalise and expecting to grow and reach a Sub District soon! Whoo! This year, we are also focusing to raise many male leaders! Every 1 female CL will have a male CL!!! :)
Last happening is that our grads will be moving to adult group in March. I'm looking forward to see many of the members growing and leaders being mobilise! PolyDi all the way!

Whoo! I saw my tag board and the nagging of abigail, I have decided to update my blog. Actually, I have alot to say but due to laziness to write on blog, it's been a long time I have updated my online journal.
I have picked up writing journal every night on my PDA. It was great habit and it was so refreshing to read my past journal and devotion. God is always speaking to me, it's my part to listen to Him always.
I visited TP yesterday and shepherd Nel and meet Donald at TP air condition canteen. It's was amazing. It's been many months that I stepped into TP and I loved the IT canteen - it's air-condition! It's great to meet Gabriel who studied 3rd year and graduating soon.
Night time attended music practice and I thank God for the committment of our Wamers and those who are involved in WAM ministry. Well done Tertiary Wamers! You rocks!I'm looking forward for a great Saturday Tertiary service! Many lives will be change for good! :)
